Supportive Clinical Supervision
Thoughtful reflection. Practical guidance. Professional growth.
Supervision for Therapists
Supervision for TherapistsI offer clinical supervision that blends reflective practice with practical, evidence-informed guidance. My aim is to support you to grow as a confident, grounded practitioner - whether you’re a student, early-career clinician, or an experienced therapist seeking fresh perspective.
Supervision is a collaborative space. Together, we focus on strengthening your clinical skills, deepening self-awareness, and navigating the emotional and ethical complexities of therapeutic work with clarity and integrity.
My Credentials & BackgroundI’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Supervisor (AASW #462388) with a Master’s in Social Work. I’ve completed the two-year Level 1 Diploma Masterclass in Metacognitive Therapy through the MCT Institute and am an MCTI® Registered Therapist.
Alongside MCT, my training and experience includes Narrative Therapy, supervision-specific training, and familiarity with DBT, CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed practice.
My professional background spans Disability Services, Youth Justice, and frontline mental health work at headspace in Brisbane. I’ve also worked as a university Social Work Tutor and Clinical Educator, supporting students and early-career practitioners to build confidence and competence in real-world practice.
Today, I provide both clinical and practice-focused supervision for Social Workers and related mental health professionals. My supervision style is strengths-based, person-centred, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally sensitive — always grounded in respect for your existing skills and experience.
